Mountain Fresh Grocery® as a licensee is responsible for the administration of the regulations required by the North Carolina State Liquor Commission. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to any person under the age of 21. We reserve the right to: a) request proper photo identification of any person of questionable age and: b) we refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any person who appears intoxicated. The Venue policy requires that no liquor from outside sources is allowed onto the premises.
